To Our Valued Patients:
As an essential business, Hopkins Eye Clinic remains committed to safety as we navigate through the COVID-19 crisis. Following guidance from city, government and healthcare recommendations, we focus on measures to promote the health and safety of our patients and employees.
We have implemented several infection prevention measures to ensure the highest level of safety when you visit our clinic.
After entering, please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands and wait to approach the front desk until the receptionist is ready.
Currently, we are mask optional in our clinic. Any/all of our staff will wear a mask if requested.
We continue to ask that you do not bring any unnecessary people with you to your appointment, with the exception of a guardian with a child or assistance with mobility. Also, please follow the 6 feet social distancing guidelines as much as possible throughout the office.
We are following strict disinfecting protocols for all surfaces. The team will be frequently washing their hands between interactions, as usual protocol.
If you want to purchase glasses, there are similar protocols in place to ensure a safe interaction with cleaning of frames and minimal contact with our optical team.
Excelsior Eye Care is also offering telemedicine visits to provide healthcare away from the office. To schedule a telemedicine visit please contact our office at 952-935-2020 and one of our team members will be happy to schedule your visit.
612-562-8388 is the after-hours emergency number to call or text. Please leave a message with your contact information and synopsis of your symptoms.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us. We appreciate your efforts to help protect yourself, our care teams and our entire community as we navigate these coming weeks.
