, Medicare, Medicaid, and Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, Health Partners, Preferred One, United Healthcare, and most other major medical plans.
We are not a provider of Medicare for glasses.
We are also not a provider for United Health Care Vision, Spectara, or Optum Health.
Eventhough we may be a provider of your insurance that does not mean your exam will be covered.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could call your insurance company prior to your appointment to make sure that you are covered for a routine eye exam under your plan.
